All Pender County Schools students and staff have automatic access to all of the library's digital resources, including e-books, audiobooks, and the online tutoring service Tutor.com. (More info)
Starting April 8, all physical books, audiobooks, DVDs, and other physical things you borrow from the library will from now on be renewed automatically! This saves you from needing to call the library or renew online.
(Note: items can't be renewed if someone else has requested the title, if you have used up the max renewals for the item, or if you have more than $5 in fines on your account.)
Temporary Free Resources
Many companies have offered temporary free access to their online resources during the pandemic. Take advantage of these great resources while they're available!
TumbleBooks are animated, talking picture books that teach kids the joy of reading in a format they'll love. Available until August 31, 2020.
From now through the end of June 2020, Ancestry.com Library Edition is available from home or anywhere else where you have an internet connection. (You usually have to be on-site at the library.) Search census, vital records, military records, immigration records to learn about your ancestors!
