Public Meeting Room Audio/Visual Presentation Equipment

Available at your library meeting room:


With your laptop table or smart phone you may present your presentation from our projector now in our meeting room free of charge: Instructions:


Connect to the Presentation Wifi:
Please email cgoodin@pendercountync.gov or call 910-259-0306 at least one week prior to your meeting to get instruction and password for the presentation equipment. Secondary contact will be Nancy Lukens 910-259-1234.
You will see a code bouncing on the screen with a ip address:  once you are connected to the presentation wifi:
Name:  Presentation_Network
With the password provided via email communication from the library staff
 

Turn on the projector with remote that you have checked out.  There will be a number floating on the screen.  Turn on your device connect to the the wifi network named: Presentation_Network with password provided by the library.

Install the need software from (you can install this ahead of time if you wish):

For Windows users: pender.tlcdelivers.com/scans/LiteShow4.msi installed to your computer

For MAC users: http://pender.tlcdelivers.com/uploads/liteshow4MAC.pkg installed to your MAC

For your Android App: http://www.infocus.com/resources/documents/INLITESHOW4/Liteshow4_APP_QIG_en_Android.pdf added to your apps

For MAC/IOS App: http://www.infocus.com/resources/documents/INLITESHOW4/Liteshow4_APP_QIG_en_iOS.pdf added to your apps

 

Now that you have ran the manager it will prompt to connect to the wifi.  Now a connection code is need this is on the screen screen ; ( Login :  Type your name ; Code;  Type the 4 digit code on the Screen)

#6.: Or once you have completed this task your device will show your desktop on the screen

This will be on the screen this can be minimized or
You can Click the Reel (bottom left) and you will be able to play audio files from your computer.  Open the folder and you can navigate to the folder to play the audio file you want to hear on the gray box
Otherwise you are ready to use the site as you are projecting. To increase sound use the sound on your device to control volume in Burgaw … In Hampstead it will be the Remote to the projector.


You will have a Remote to check out with your key when you check out please return in the case provided in the drop box.

If you wish to wire in at the projector:

HDMI:  Cable with remote connection
Connect HDMI cable in on AV panel by screen then connect to your device
Press search on the remote it will search until it finds your device
Audiovisual equipment connect. These can be reserved online by emailing cgoodin@pendercountync.gov or call 259-0306 but please contact at least one week in advance.
All equipment must be returned to Library staff promptly at the end of the meeting. Do not leave the equipment in the room after your meeting has ended. You will have a Remote to check out with your key when you check out please return in the case provided in the drop box.

Library staff are not allowed to set up personal or rental equipment (i.e. laptop, projectors, etc.) for your group.

Additional fees will be charged for any damage to or cleaning of equipment.
